Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village Performance 指筝朝夕 筝筝日上（十七）

On the 22nd of February 2026, Zheng’s Music Studio was invited to perform at Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village. Led by teacher Lin Zheng, members of Boya Guzheng presented a special guzheng concert for residents.

The repertoire showcased both energetic and lyrical styles, highlighting the diversity of traditional Chinese music.

After the performance, Lin Zheng introduced the history and development of the guzheng. The audience responded warmly—many residents tapped along to the rhythm, shared their reactions with others, and expressed their appreciation. For many, it was their first experience of Chinese traditional music, and it left a strong impression.

The event created a meaningful moment of connection across generations and cultures, with music bringing warmth to the residents and encouragement to the young performers.

At the same time, students from the studio also achieved strong results in their graded examinations and received their certificates. These milestones reflect their dedication and continued progress in learning the guzheng.

2026年2月22日，筝乐工作室受 Bert Sutcliffe Retirement Village 的诚挚邀请，郑琳老师带领博雅筝团走进这座新西兰享有盛誉的养老社区，为居民们呈献一场古筝专场音乐会，这也是“指筝朝夕，筝筝日上”走进社区系列的第十七场。当东方筝音在南太平洋的暖阳下响起，一场跨越年龄与文化的交流悄然展开。

本场音乐会曲目丰富多彩，既有气势磅礴，也有灵动欢快。团员们分别带来古筝独奏《哪吒》、《纺织忙》、《瑶族舞曲》、《彝族舞曲》、《将军令》和《战台风》，以及重奏《盛世国乐》和齐奏《赛马》。或奔腾激越，或婉转悠扬，一曲一景，一音一情，将中华民族音乐的多样风貌娓娓呈现。

终曲落定，郑琳老师向大家介绍古筝的历史与传承，活动厅内掌声久久回荡。白发苍苍的Kiwi老人们有的轻敲手杖打着节拍，有的兴奋地与身旁伙伴交流感受，还有人静静拭去眼角的湿润。“Amazing！”“So beautiful！”赞叹声此起彼伏。对于许多从未接触过中国民族音乐的老人而言，这是一场新奇而难忘的体验。孩子们以筝声温暖暮年，老人们以笑容回应青春。筝音流转之间，两种文化在这片土地上悄然相遇，也彼此照亮。

与此同时，工作室学员在古筝等级考试中也取得了优异成绩，并顺利领取等级证书。每一份证书，都是努力与坚持的见证，也记录着他们在筝乐之路上的点滴成长。愿孩子们在筝音相伴的岁月里，继续坚定前行。
